About Us:
Women make up only 30.4% of executives on Wall Street. We’re here to increase that statistic.
Women of Wall Street was founded in 2024 with the mission to empower women with the confidence, connections, and support to lead, grow, and inspire. Our goal is to build the knowledge and foundation that empowers young women to grow from entry-level positions into influential leaders in the industry.
Our Initiatives:
Explore: Build curiosity, agility, and judgement by gaining exposure to opportunities on Wall Street and growing business presence.
Learn: Enhance finance acumen through real-time market discussions, collaborative deal analysis, and group learning.
Connect: Champion one another’s growth from the first internship to future leadership roles, and build a global network of women shaping the future of Wall Street.
